Jab Remorse?

This writing is inspired by the book, What Now? Recovering from a Tragic Mistake by J.E. Lukach. I highly recommend reading this book. It is fantastic and very informative. Click on the above title to buy the book. As a Doctor of Naturopathy, I appreciate the opportunity to learn about this protocol for those who have jab remorse. The holistic health approach is never about “treating”; however, it is always about allowing the body to heal by strengthening the immune system. The body can heal by recognizing and correcting imbalances that are created when exposed to toxins and poisons. The Covid-19 injections are toxic and poisonous which leads to an acidic condition within the body and may result in illness.

There are two basic types of the Covid-19 jab; those injections that contain mRNA and those that do not. According to Pfizer and Moderna, they deliver the mRNA (a protein sequence that delivers the instructions to the cell on how to make the spike protein) via polyethylene glycol (PEG) encapsulated lipid nanoparticle (LNP) envelopes. The mRNA is unstable by itself and this is why it needs to be encapsulated. If the mRNA were to be injected without the protection of the LNP, the body would quickly neutralize the mRNA.

The non-mRNA injection manufactured by Johnson & Johnson (makes the Jansen jab) states that they use an adenoviral vector to deliver the spike protein to the cell. Astra Zeneca is the other non-mRNA therapeutic that is similar. How does the non-mRNA injection deliver the spike protein to the cell? It appears that the adenoviral shells act in a similar manner as the LNP envelopes; instead it actually contains the spike protein.

Pfizer and Moderna mRNA injections are concerning because they are mRNA injections and are a form of gene therapy that causes irreversible genetic damage; and, introduce synthetic sequences that literally become a part of your DNA. The manufactured sequences are directions to the body to make poison (artificially engineered spike proteins, harmful glycoproteins) that creates a dysfunctional immune system. Sadly, there is no way to undo this damage!

Antibody Types/Antibody Induced Enhancement

Antibodies are soluble proteins that belong to a class known as globulins (they have a globular structure). The production of these soluble proteins is one of the most important jobs of the immune system. Antibodies roam freely and exhibit characteristics to protect against the invasion against foreign entities that gain access to the body. For the purpose of this discussion, I will briefly explain neutralizing antibodies and binding antibodies. Neutralizing antibodies attack a broad range of pathogens and are considered general purpose antibodies. It is known that the Pfizer jab actually lowers the production of neutralizing antibodies by 15% after the first injection and by 35% after the second. There is the possibility that white blood cell production is also diminished following the injections. This could mean that the immune system is severely compromised by these jabs. Binding antibodies are protein molecules that the body makes as an immune response. Any foreign invader to the body is known as antigens . A binding antibody creates a response when it encounters an antigen and locks on to the antigen before it eliminates or neutralizes it. The binding antibodies are likely the cause of Antibody Induced Enhancement (AIE); a serious condition where the body overreacts to pathogens which leads to a cytokine storm. A cytokine storm is an immune system response that can lead to death due to systemic inflammation. This event can occur upon receiving any of the Covid injections. Every single one of these brands contain a large amount of toxins that causes the immune system to manufacture enormous amounts of binding antibodies. AIE is a constant concern when receiving these jabs because they do not result in a robust neutralizing antibody response. Many may be more familiar with the term Antibody Dependent Enhancement. AIE and ADE are synonymous terms to explain the same concept. Dr. Sherry Tenpenny explains ADE as a Mechanism of Injury from a Covid-19 injection and states it is a phenomenon that “occurs when a person is exposed to a circulating coronavirus after being vaccinated.” During this injury, the entry of the SARS-CoV-2 virus into the cell (usually a macrophage) is augmented and its replication increased, leading to more severe illness than would have been experienced if not vaccinated.

Warning Signs of Hyper coagulability (blood clotting):

If you have received a Covid jab, you could be at risk for blood clots. Why this hyper coagulability occurs is unusual and the root cause needs to be examined. Red blood cells and platelets have a net negative charge and once a person takes a Covid 19 injection this charge flips to a net positive charge. This results in red blood cells moving into a rouleau formation where the red blood cells form up into long chains that looks like a stack of coins. This phenomena takes place immediately following the jab and does not abate. It is believed that this may be due to the presence of the graphene oxide found in the Covid 19 shots. When this net charge changes, it allows for the free floating spike protein to easily attach to the ACE2 pathway on the surface of the cell membrane. Under normal healthy conditions, red blood cells are slippery and smooth so that they can pass easily through the circulatory system. Once the spike protein covers the red blood cells they can no longer move easily throughout the circulatory system. These spike covered red blood cells now cause damage to the lining walls of the blood vessels as they circulate and this damage results in necrosis. As the body attempts to heal this damaged tissue it sends platelets to perform the repair; where the spike protein interferes with the healing and creates a blood clot/blockage. Pressure builds and results in an embolism, which leads to the vessel bursting. It’s important to know if you are at risk for blood clots. The following are risk factors: (Lukach, p. 33).

  • if you are diagnosed with an autoimmune disease/disorder

  • if you are over the age of 60

  • if you take hormones

  • obesity

  • if you smoke

  • if you have diabetes

  • if you have a cancer diagnosis

  • if you are pregnant

  • if you have elevated triglycerides

It is important to recognize the signs of hyper coagulability:

  • unexplained fatigue

  • localized redness on skin

  • sudden unexplained pain

  • sudden onset of shortness of breath

  • chest pain

  • rapid pulse

Non-mRNA Injection and Protocol:

Dr. Sherry Tenpenny has put together over 40 Mechanisms of Injuries that occur due to these shots; and, I encourage the reader to check out her website at www.drtenpenny.com. According to Dr. Tenpenny, the currently authorized Johnson & Johnson injection is made from Ad26.COV-2.S shell; a human adenovirus first isolated in 1956 from an anal specimen obtained from a 9-month old male infant. Adenoviruses are excellent antigens; however, viral vaccines usually have not included them because adenoviruses are involved in the formation of tumors in animals and in cell culture. The concern is that the J & J jab may increase the risk of cancer. An additional concern is that the Ad26.COV2.S used in the J&J injection has been designed to deliver a transgene that encodes to manufacture the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. Transgenics is defined as the movement of genes between organisms of different species.Transgenes can change the genetics of the one who receives the injection. Also, a transgene can be used by the cell to create a new protein that the cell was unable to manufacture before; and, it can randomly insert into the genome. The result entails a transgene that can incorporate into the DNA of the host that may lead to chromosome instability. (https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/CIRCRESAHA.111.262717)

These non-mRNA shots lead to untold types of damage; and it is nearly impossible to determine the impact this will have on the health of those who took these injections. The following protocol is a great place to start to recover your health and give your immune system a fighting change at recovery. (Lukach, p. 54).

  • Vitamin D3: Helpful in creating additional ACE2 pathways to replace those that have been damaged by the spike protein. (obtain a Vitamin D lab value to determine your current Vitamin D level and that will allow your practitioner to recommend how much Vitamin D you should take daily).

  • N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) + Vitamin C: increases the production of Glutathione (the master antioxidant).

  • NAC + Bromelain: inhibits the spike protein from binding to the cell and helps to break up blood clots. (See below for detailed descriptions of the supplements mentioned above)

Key Supplements:

A natural holistic approach to health and well being is always best. The following supplements are great for health. An explanation of each supplement and recommended dosage follows. It is best to take a high quality supplement that is bio-available; and as always, connect with your holistic health care practitioner. These are supplements recommended by J. E. Lukach in his book What Now? Recovering from a Tragic Mistake (p. 39-91).

  1. N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a sulfur containing amino acid that is necessary in the production of Glutathione (free radical fighter) and helps maintain adequate levels of Glutathione within the cells. NAC is used by the liver and lymphocytes to detoxify toxins. NAC is also helpful in slowing down cellular damage associated with aging. Supplementing with NAC has been found to decrease frequency and duration of infectious diseases. NAC is quite beneficial to those with a Covid 19 Vax injury; especially for those that experienced gastrointestinal symptoms. Dr. Lee Merritt recommends at least 600mg/daily, 1 to 2 times a day during illness.

  2. Bromelian is an enzyme that is found naturally in pineapples and possesses many health benefits, such as: Fights inflammation, reduces swelling, inhibits fibrin synthesis, degrades fibrin and fibrinogen, improves respiratory conditions (bronchitis, sinusitis, etc.), fights blood platelet aggregation and thromboses, and bolsters the immune system. Taking a Bromelain supplement post-Covid 19 jab is important because it acts as a modulatory agent of cytokines. Bromelain inhibits the biosynthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins under inflammatory conditions when the body produces too many cytokines. Inflammation throughout the body is being observed in those who took this jab. NAC combined with Bromelain is helpful in breaking up blood clots. If you are concerned with hyper coagulability, it is recommended to take 850mg/quick release capsule with water before each meal along with the recommended dosage of NAC.

  3. Glutathione is a protein made in the liver from the amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. Glutathione is known as the Master Antioxidant because it is a very powerful antioxidant that inhibits the formation of free radicals. Glutathione protects the body against damage from cigarette smoke, radiation exposure, alcohol, heavy metals, drugs and toxins (think graphene oxide). This Master Antioxidant not only protects cells from oxidative damage, but also tissues of the arteries, heart, brain, kidneys, lenses of the eyes, lungs and liver. Glutathione provides protection against cancer; especially liver cancer. As we age, glutathione levels drop and is why maintaining high levels is imperative to health. It’s been reported by Karen Kingston, a Pfizer whistleblower, that graphene oxide is in the Moderna and Pfizer Covid shots. It appears that the graphene oxide present in the product is what causes the change of the net charge of a normal red blood cell (normally a negative charge) to a positive charge that facilitates the binding of the synthetic spike protein to the host cells. Graphene oxide is highly toxic and is the likely culprit for the hyper coagulability that many are experiencing. Upon taking the Covid injection, glutathione levels decrease. You can increase the production of glutathione by supplementing with glutathione (by mouth or IV). Glutathione supplements aren’t easily absorbed by the body; so, it is best to supplement with the substances the body uses to make glutathione. This is done by taking NAC and Vitamin C. Please be aware that acetaminophen greatly reduces glutathione!

  4. Botanical Vitamin C is another powerful antioxidant that is capable of recharging other antioxidants (such as Vitamin E) to keep them potent. This vitamin is needed for at least 300 metabolic functions in the body; including tissue growth and repair, adrenal gland function, and healthy gums. Vitamin C is also required to produce interferon (important immune system protein), plays a role in cancer prevention and enhances immunity. Vitamin C is water soluble and this make it an efficient free radical scavenger in bodily fluids. Vitamin C also protects against atherosclerosis because of its ability to prevent damage and injury to the walls of arteries. The body does not make Vitamin C and must be obtained by consuming those foods that are rich in the antioxidant. Natural sources of Vitamin C include citrus fruits, papaya, Brussel sprouts, strawberries and broccoli.

  5. Vitamin D3 is a fat soluble vitamin that has properties of both a vitamin and a hormone. There are several forms of Vitamin D including Vitamin D2, D3 and D5. D2 (ergocalciferol) comes from food sources, D3 (cholecalciferol) is made in the skin in response to exposure to the ultraviolet rays from the sun and D5 is a synthetic form. D3 is considered the natural form of Vitamin D and is the most active. Vitamin D3 is one of the most important supplements when it comes to counteracting the negative impacts of Covid 19 and the Covid 19 shot. It’s concerning to learn that over 80% of all hospitalized patients and 95% of those patients in the ICU are all deficient in Vitamin D. One of the most important things Vitamin D does is reduce inflammation. Also, if you have a Vitamin D level at 50 or above you are less likely to develop a cytokine storm. If you’ve had the jab and are now a spike protein producing factory, you will want to take Vitamin D3 because it makes the cells express more ACE2 pathways on the surface of the cell. The more ACE2 pathways on the surface of the cells allows the cell to live longer! Consider getting your Vitamin D3 levels evaluated to determine how many IUs of Vitamin D3 you should take a day.

  6. Monolaurin is a monoglyceride that is derived from Lauric acid and is an antiviral, antibacterial, and antiprotozoal that kills many different disease causing pathogens. Monolaurin can eradicate lipid-coated viruses and can inactivate pathogenic bacteria. Monolaurin has an impact on the Lipid Nanoparticles used with the mRNA shots by having the potential ability to inactivate the active mRNA lipid nano-particle envelope that delivers the instructions to the cells to manufacture the spike protein. This is why Monolaurin is an integral component of this protocol! This amazing supplement instructs the body that the LNP is an attacker and the immune system then can neutralize this invader. Monolaurin does not need to be taken daily. Recommended dosage is 1,000 to 3,000 mg a day; however, start with 1,000 and work your way up. Do not exceed 9,000mg a day. If you are allergic to coconuts, do not take Monolaurin.

  7. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body. It’s main job is building and maintaining bones and teeth. Calcium always plays an integral role in enzyme activity. Several bodily functions are dependent on calcium and these include muscle contraction, the release of neurotransmitters, heartbeat regulation, and the clotting of blood. Calcium plays an important role in this protocol because it is closely tied to the non-mRNA Covid shots that contain EDTA (found in AstraZeneca product and is likely in the J & J). Extreme risk of blood clotting has been observed with this particular injection. So, what is EDTA? EDTA is short for Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and it goes by many other names; however, it is a chelating agent and is used to lower calcium levels when they are too high. The presence of EDTA in these products is not just impacting calcium levels. It also can cause issues for those with underlying cardiac issues and likely interferes with normal heart function which may help explain the increase in myocardial infarctions being seen. It is wise to be aware of the symptoms of high calcium; and, they include nausea/vomiting, frequent urination, increased thirstiness, fatigue, lack of appetite and constipation. Also, be aware of the symptoms of low calcium; and, they include muscle cramping, tingling in fingers, feet and lips, irregular heartbeat, extreme fatigue and convulsions. The best way to get the mineral calcium is by consuming calcium rich foods; such as, kelp, seaweeds, leafy green vegetables (collards, kale turnip greens), organic grass fed cheese, almonds, sesame seeds and apricots.

  8. Selenium is a mineral and a component of glutathione that works synergistically with Vitamin E in preventing free radical damage to the cell membrane. Low levels of Selenium have been found to be associated with a higher risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, inflammatory diseases, diseases associated with free radical damage, the formation of cataracts and pre-mature aging. It’s important to maintain healthy levels of Selenium because it plays an important role in the health of the immune system. When supplementing with Selenium, it is recommended you take a 200 mcg capsule every other day. Consider consuming foods that are rich in Selenium; such as, fish, meat and eggs (richest source of Selenium). Avoid excessive intake of Selenium because it can be harmful.

  9. Elderberry is an extract of the common black elderberry known as Sambucus nigra. This amazing herb is effective against viruses because it disables the protein spike that penetrates the cells of the host. (Jones, p. 54). Elderberry is important to the recovery from the Covid 19 jab for several reasons. It appears that inflammation plays a large role in many of the vaccine adverse events being reported; and, Elderberry is an excellent anti-inflammatory. Elderberry contains quercetin, rutin, kaempferol, and phenolic acids which have antioxidant properties and play a role in mitigating cell damage. Elderberry also has anthocyanidins and these are known to boost the immune system. The recommended dosage is one 630 mg gel capsules.

  10. Zinc is a mineral that is part of over 200 enzymatic functions in the body. In order for the immune system to function properly, you must maintain acceptable levels of this mineral. A deficiency in Zinc allows you to be more vulnerable to infections. Zinc activates the immune system and has also been shown to inhibit viral replication. Those that have taken the Covid 19 injection may have compromised immune systems and supplementing with Zinc is a good way to strengthen the immune system. Maintaining good levels of zinc is critical for recovering from any adverse events caused by the jab. The RDA for Zinc is 15 mg for men and 12 mg for women; however, taking closer to 50 mg daily is acceptable.

  11. Quercetin is a flavonoid that has shown compelling anti-inflammatory activity because it prevents the beginning stages of development within the inflammatory process. As a flavonoid, it has one of the greatest antiviral activity against para-influenzae 3 and respiratory syncytial virus. (Murray, p. 324-325). Quercetin has an important role in this protocol because it reduces cytokines, it is an anti-inflammatory and fights oxidative stress. Quercetin is found in foods such as kale, capers and red onions. Quercetin supplementation is considered generally safe and it is recommended it be taken at 12.5 to 25mg/per kg bodyweight per day. It is best taken spread throughout the day.

  12. DMSO stands for Dimethyl Sulfoxide; a chemical solvent that is a colorless, transparent fluid that can be used topically, orally, or by IV. Generally speaking, DMSO is an all-around therapeutic that can be used for several issues that include inflammatory disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, joint pain, headaches/migraines, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, shingles, tendonitis, arthiritis, interstitial cystitis (FDA approved therapy), muscle cramps and spasms. DMSO works by blocking prostaglandins that control and regulate pain and inflammation; however, it goes a step further by also stopping and/or slowing down the transmission of pain fibers when used topically. I highly recommend reading “Healing with DMSO: The Complete Guide to Safe and Natural Treatments for Managing Pain, Inflammation, and Other Chronic Ailments with Dimethyl Sulfoxide”, by Amandha Vollmer (see below for her website). Vollmer is very well versed in how to use DMSO to ameliorate Covid 19 injection symptoms and to quicken your recovery. DMSO is a vasodilator, which means it increases circulation and accelerates healing. Another amazing benefit of DMSO is it’s ability to relieve pain; and, when used topically on an inflamed area, it could provide relief in as little as 15 minutes. Research also shows DMSO heals small wounds 75% faster than when DMSO is not used at all. Topical DMSO should be pharmaceutical grade (99.995% pure) and mixed in a 50 to 70% dilution (highly recommend you get the products from Amandha Vollmer’s website). DMSO can lower calcium levels and therefore may not be a good therapeutic for those with a calcium deficiency. Also, if you have chronic kidney or liver issues than DMSO may not be the therapeutic for you. I highly recommend you work with a healthcare practitioner educated in DMSO and/or educate yourself by reading Vollmer’s book.

  13. Chloroquine, Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), HCQ + Zinc is a combination that has been recommended as a therapeutic to combat Covid by many of the Covid frontline healthcare practitioners. Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine (a close relative to Chloroquine) are manufactured and formulated from one of the several alkaloids found in Chinchona (a Quinine tree). This combination is important to this protocol because the jab was given to instruct the cells in your body to create more spike proteins. This process needs to be stopped! One way this can be accomplished is by obstructing the cell signal that allows the process of spike protein production by the cells. This process can be halted by Zinc. However, getting high enough levels of Zinc into the cell can be challenging. Zinc is a positively charged ion and the cell membrane is also positively charged; therefore, a Zinc transporter is required. Chloroquine is a Zinc ionophore; allowing for an increase in the concentration of Zinc inside the cell by 10 fold. (Chloroquine is a Zinc Ionophore). Hydroxychloroquine requires a prescription. The supplement Quercetin is also an ionophore and has been used in lieu of HCQ.

  14. Ivermectin (AKA Stromectol) is best known as an anti-parasitic drug. It blocks importin, a material that moves protein molecules from the cytoplasm to the nucleus within the cell. Ivermectin stops the spike protein from entering the cell nuclei. Why is this important? Because those that have taken the Covid jab are spike protein producing factories; therefore, these spike proteins are attaching to the tissues and cells and causing inflammation. Four important points to understand about Ivermectin: a. Ivermectin is a protease inhibitor: protease inhibitors attach to the active site of a protease enzyme and inhibit the development of newly produced virions so that they continue as non-infectious. As stated earlier, Moderna and Pfizer contain mRNA that hold the instructions for manufacturing synthetic spike proteins and other sequences (HIVgp120 and HIVgp41glycoproteins) that lead to immune system damage. Many become ill after being injected and this is due to those glycoproteins. b. Ivermectin is GABAergic: this refers to the neurotransmitter GABA. An imbalance of this neurotransmitter is implicated in several disease processes amongst the Covid jabbed population; and, they include multiple sclerosis, stroke, tremors, and other neurological conditions. Ivermectin alters the effects of GABA within the brain and body. c. GABA is an antioxidant and DNA replication sequestrant: GABA, as a neurotransmitter, is involved in copying DNA and also acts as a chelating agent. d. Ivermectin raises blood alkalinity. (Lukach, p. 127-130). Remember, an acidic environment more easily allows for disease. Ivermectin requires a prescription. Please work with a qualified health practitioner when taking Ivermectin.
